Amarre 69 is a modern casual eatery in Barceloneta (Barcelona). The scope of the project was to develop a strong brand and online presence that aimed to attract a medium to high end target market.
Taking influence from the 1950s and 60s memorabilia so prevalent in this old fisherman’s quarter, Lagrua blended elements of old and new to create a brand that speaks to bon vivants of any generation. Our updated, modern aesthetic was applied to the new, responsive website, complete with vintage photography and parallax scrolling, to create an engaging user experience. As a result of establishing the brand, it was then unified over multiple channels including stationery, menu design and uniforms.
From the website itself to its blog posts, email marketing to its Facebook advertising the Amarre 69 brand had to be captivating, memorable and engaging. The challenge was to depict the venue as something new and exciting with always something happening.
